Using the zip-file

You can download the zip-file using this link

1. Extract to the zip-file to a folder of your choice. Make sure that the path to the folder does not contain any spaces.

2. Open the folder and double-click on the launchvscode.bat file to start Visual Studio Code. This will open Visual Studio Code with the necessary extensions installed.

   

3. Open a new terminal in Visual Studio Code by pressing Ctrl + Shift + ~ or clicking on Terminal -> New Terminal.

4. Proceed with Setting up Git but make sure to use the terminal in Visual Studio Code instead of the system terminal.
